this job of yours is the most important because its a little road to be perfect, as you see I begin as same as you wasn't aesy many people get laugh and I get sad, but now they just have no works when see my works, nice practice with avril is more motivating :D for me 100% works.
a doubt, is only photoshop? I guess I see some pencil in the mouth :confused:

wow that looks great ! you got the color tones in the hair and the shading of the skin absolutely right !

just one thing, maybe the hair goes down a little too straight ?
